Wine Menu

We opened Salt House in the summer of 2010 and from a standing start put together a list of 30 wines which aremainly Spanish and South American. Over the last 12 months we have evaluated and refined the list with many ofour first choices staying on, I think there’d be rebellion if we removed the house Tempranillo! We have broughtin some new, fantastic wines from small produces which really shows of the amazing quality to be found in someunheralded regions.

We also have Liverpool’s best Sherry bar, not to be laughed at Sherry is having something of a renaissance, anyone seeing our Fino or Manzanilla going out on a typical bustling lunch time with a plate of sizzling prawns will beconverted. Anyone still in doubt will only need a sip of the antique PX with their pudding to be sold.

Alongside the grape we also have great little cocktail list, regular bin end offers and ice cold beers. For those witha slightly unhealthy interest in all things alcoholic join our salt house wine club to keep up to date with cocktailnights, bin end offers, wine tastings, Sherry nights and a chance to win the wine list.
