Well it was all worthwhile as I can vouch having enjoyed the food, the drink & the service on several occasions. However while I anticipate many more visits I would love to be able to recreate the fabulous salads featuring goats curd but I have no idea where to get this ingredient - can you help?

Thank you so much, this was a good read. I was actually born in Spain ( not telling what year though!) but moved around various parts of europe and lastly settled in the UK when I was 7. I dont remember much of the few years I was in spain, but the delicious smell of spanish food always seems to ring a bell in me or something. It's weird how I dont remember anything except the smells, isn't it! I actually found a website dedicated to spanish recipe, which gave me great delight and thought I really should to share with your readers. Anyway, thank you again. I'll get my husband to add your cast to my rss thing...

Escaped from conference food and were charmed by young waitress and excellent food. Melt-in-the-mouth pork belly and tasty mussels, toasty broad beans and huge Gordal olives. Well worth a detour and then return.
